Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth is currently a FertilityCare Practitioner working in Birmingham, AL who sees clients both in person and virtually. She is also a Registered Nurse, working in a local hospital on the Postpartum unit with mothers and their newborn babies. She started learning Creighton in 2021 as a single woman for personal health reasons. She had not had a true period in over 10 years, and with a combination of tracking her cycle, working with a Napro Medical consultant to determine the root cause, and lots of time and lifestyle changes, she was able to get her period back naturally! She is grateful for the knowledge she gained about her body before marrying her husband, and now feels confident in recognizing her fertile and infertile days. Throughout this journey of healing and growth, she has become deeply passionate about helping other women learn this valuable information, no matter what season of life they may be in.
